Terms of Service
Last updated: February 15, 2026
1. Services
LuminArch provides custom website design, development, and related digital services. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon before work begins and documented in a project proposal or agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Payment details, including pricing and schedule, are outlined in individual project agreements. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion and before deployment of the finished website.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content (text, images, branding assets) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines. Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving work at designated checkpoints.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and code. LuminArch retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Revisions
Our base package includes unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with the design. Revisions apply to the agreed-upon project scope. Requests that significantly expand the project scope may require a revised agreement.
6. Client Hub
The Client Hub is provided as a convenience for managing website update requests. Access requires account approval. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Client Hub at any time. Support requests submitted through the Hub are typically addressed within 3 business days.
7. Monthly Maintenance
Optional monthly maintenance covers minor content updates, photo swaps, and text changes submitted via email or the Client Hub. Updates are typically deployed within 48 hours. Maintenance can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
LuminArch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we build. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of early termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.
